LEAP services are provided in individual, family and group formats depending upon the need of the patient(s). LEAP treatment can often be relatively short-term but is extended if in the best interest of the patient. EAP treatment can stand alone or as an adjunct to ongoing mental health treatment in collaboration with another primary therapist.
LEAP has served patients referred by many organizations and providers in the Lowcountry, including the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center, Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health, MUSC Behavioral Health, the Governor's Office of Continuum of Care for Emotionally Disturbed Children, Eagle Harbor Ranch Boys Home, People Against Rape, Life Management, the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Social Services.
LEAP's services are available to everyone regardless of race, creed, color, gender, or economic status. Our programs are available on an equal-opportunity basis to those who are able to pay for sessions and to those who require financial aid. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, full scholarships are available.
